AmeriCorps

I served two summers for AmeriCorps KEYS. The KEYS supports at youth risk by aiding and creating programs. KEYS stands for Knowledge to Empower Youth to Success. During my time at AmeriCorps I helped create programs such a sports clincs and reading programs. I also lead staff trainings on educational best practices and created tutoring and relationship building materials.

Below are my job responsibilities.

• Drafted and developed reading, social, and art curriculums for K-1^st grade students.

• Mentored and trained staff on educational methods and best practices.

• Conducted and reported on community asset maps.
